    A simple vocabulary-building game where toddlers learn to identify and name familiar objects around them. This strengthens receptive language (understanding words) and expressive language (speaking words).

    Items Needed:

    Object images, or any household items

    How to Play:

    Sit with your child in any room of the house or outside in a park. Point to one object and clearly say its name. Example: “This is a chair.” Now ask the child: “Can you point to the chair?” When the child points correctly, smile and repeat the word again. “Yes! Chair!” Next step — ask the child to try saying the word. “Can you say chair?” Examples At home: fan, door, cup, bed In park: tree, slide, dog, ball While eating: spoon, plate, water Variation Give choices: “Point to cup or plate.” Make it fast: “Quick! Where is the fan?”
